Federal court ruling: DOJ can’t prosecute medical pot cases

A decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says if no state medical marijuana laws were broken, feds can't pursue drug cases. The court rejected the argument that individuals are fair game for prosecution for violating federal law
