 - “It’s the wrong social paradigm.”
by Thinking Clearly - posted to DrugWarRant

Schedule one is a representation of the extent of prohibition. Prohibiting these drugs is like saying “they don’t exist because we say so”. Then General John Kelly sails some ships over to make it so. Easy with enough money and power, right general?

Truth is we don’t have enough money or brawn to make this happen or it would be done already. Prohibition is a control and money making scam for fascists, police state adherents, and moralizing control freaks who prefer they all just mind “or else”. It can’t be done except in a delusional mind of grand proportions, something that our country seems to be in great supply of in our political arena.

It takes some intelligence to go with that brawn to realize that the CSA as currently written is based upon a narcissistic craving for power that is easily exercised upon the weak and the poor, foreigners, and races of people with color pigmented skins who are in the minority. Lets not forget those damn hippies and other disgusting political opponents.

Science bought and paid for will support this structure easily as Anslinger and Nixon soon found out. Money and power are very convincing.

Only a criminal or a fool would allow a child to be harmed.

When pharmaceutical drugs are the biggest progenitors of overdose deaths as is the case in present time US of A, don’t we have a clear case of misrepresented priorities?

Those overdose deaths, the prison over populations in America, the frequent law enforcement toward victimless crimes creates a whole class of socially ostracized citizens of all ages that no longer are allowed family or participation in the normal work force or society in general (thru court action or prohibition created prejudice).

This should give us a clear picture of what needs to be done.

These Trump cabinet picks are the very people that our political structure should be ostracizing from the body politic.

Without drug war all men are created equal under the constitution and Duterte and his ilk could put down their guns or be arrested and shot like every other common criminal that has no respect for human life.

Lack of respect for human life and a connection to money and power makes prohibition an enticing philosophy, one that should not ever exist in any country that prides itself upon being free.
